President Barack Obama

Barack Obama concluded a historic and remarkable political journey Tuesday when he was sworn in as the nation's 44th president and its first African-American commander in chief in a ceremony filled with grandeur and calls for personal sacrifice.

Under sunny skies with temperatures hovering in the high 20s, Obama rose five minutes after noon to repeat the 35-word oath of office administered by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. on the Capitol's West Front.

During the oath, Obama's wife, Michelle, held the same gilt-edged Bible used for the first inaugural of Abraham Lincoln, from whom Obama has often said he draws inspiration.

The moment Obama declared the customary "So help me God," the U.S. Marine Corps Band marked the transfer of power with the drum-and-bugle "Ruffles and Flourishes," followed by the official presidential march "Hail to the Chief." The assembled crowd of senators, representatives, governors and diplomats flanking the podium broke into sustained applause, echoed by hundreds of thousands of spectators who watched the swearing in on television screens installed along the National Mall.

In his inaugural address, Obama touched on themes of personal responsibility, accountability and sacrifice that he emphasized during his campaign. He also bitterly denounced the partisan warfare waged by Washington elites.

"On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord," Obama said. "On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics."

Obama used the address to articulate a sense of unfinished work and invoked the sacrifices of past generations to call on Americans to work hard and take risks to reclaim their country's good name.

"Our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions that time has surely passed," Obama said. "Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America."

Obama vowed to confront the economic crisis with a huge jobs program built around infrastructure projects, alternative energy and education initiatives.

He also caught on commenting to the Muslims..

"To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society's ills on the West - know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy. To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist."

To The 44th President of The United States of America..i Congratulate You..

Martina McBride/Brad Warren/Brett Warren (BMI)

You can spend your whole life buildin'

Somethin' from nothin'

One storm can come and blow it all away

Build it anyway...

You can chase a dream

That seems so out of reach

And you know it might not ever come your way

Dream it anyway

(Chorus)

God is great, but sometimes life ain't good

When I pray it doesn't always turn out like I think it should

But I do it anyway

I do it anyway

This world's gone crazy and it's hard to believe

That tomorrow will be better than today

Believe it anyway

You can love someone with all your heart

For all the right reasons

And in a moment they can choose to walk away

Love 'em anyway

(Repeat Chorus)

You can pour your soul out singin'

A song you believe in

That tomorrow they'll forget you ever sang

Sing it anyway

Yeah sing it anyway

I sing

I dream

I love

Anyway

Easy Listening...

..Can't Help Fallin' in Love With You..

Wise men say only fools rush in

But I can't help falling in love with you

Shall I stay would it be a sin

If I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows

Surely to the sea

Darling, so it goes

Some things are meant to be

Take my hand

Take my whole life too

If I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows

Surely to the sea

Darling, so it goes

Some things are meant to be

Take my hand

Take my whole life too

If I can't help falling in love with you
If I can't help falling in love with you....

Regarding Me...( Part 2 )

( Me with Kenyan Embassy Staff )

...After that,i was called by The Dean to his office for a discussion. We began to talk about my problems and his difficulties and also how both of us gonna solve it.I told him that he should gave me more time to learn the about the calculator. Finally,we both come to the agreement where The Dean himself gave me 1 week to master the calculator and i did it.My 1st sem,i scored an average 3.2 for my C.G.P.A. and i got A for my Business Maths.I thought this fairy tale to continued it story, but on my 2nd Sem exam,i started to lose grip over my Maths since it's get tougher from sem to sem.I scored C- for my Maths on my 2nd Sem finals with a C.G.P.A. to 2.75But, i still survive.....

As i sailed thru my not so promising study life,i began to doubt my abilities to keep going and improved. My 3rd Sem proved to be 1 of the toughest moments in my life.I was clearly struggling to keep the pace with other students.I'd try to consult my Tutors and Lecturers but soon to find out that this time,it's every man for himself. After a quite deep assessments about my progress, i've decided to abort my study here simply because, i knew that i'm going screw up big this time.I went to see The Dean, and after 3 days of thinking,he decided to let me go because he knows there's a point behind my saying.Again,i felt terrible and soooo frustrated for letting my parents dreams burned to ashes. The once Glory known as Uni10 students were again defeated.

My returns to R-LocK StucK escorted by despairs, shame and anger.Even though with such reputations,my parents still there to fire me up.Both of them encouraged me to start looking for jobs and build a new life. After 2 months of job seeking mode,i finally got my 1st OFFICIAL job at Fingertips Design as Sales Executive. The company were based at R-LocK StucK.It was well known advertising agency in Kedah. My job required me to closed RM 20000 worth of sales monthly. For the 1st 2 month,i was trained by the company director En.Abdul Halim.
He was the Man responsible teaching me the art and beauty of sales. He teaches me on how to build a rapport with the clients,canvassing,tele-marketing and others.2 months after that,i was like a gun fully loaded ready to be fired.I was posted to penang branch with a partner hoping to conquered the penang market at least 60% of it.Penang was great. It almost like an island full with oil reserved in the bottom of the ocean. It awaits for those who were willing to work hard enough and find it.

On my 1st day at work,i was introduced to our in-house designer called Kak Hanim. She's the one who responsible to prepare a design for any jobs that we got according to clients requirements. She's also in charge in preparing complete design mock-up's for a presentations.
A week passed by,i finally closed my 1st sales. The clients,PDRM Penang wants to held a day with the people.I was responsible to prepare the goodies that they want to distribute to the people during the open day.The goodies insist of paper bags, bookmarks, notepads, posters and lots more worth approx. RM 26000.I was very happy that all the hard work eventually paid-off.Not only i received a hefty amount of commissions for the sales,i was also given a special night off by the company. They took me to a club called The Slippery Senoritas ( SS Club )to celebrate my success. That's where i learned about clubbing. My 1st night there was an embarrassment.I hardly dance at all.It was like a fool without moves. We just drank and enjoy ourselves there. At that very night,i swear to myself that i really want to improved my dancing moves and start hitting on chicks. So,every weekends i take my own initiatives to visit the club and start mingling around with the crowds to build my connections. You named it,bouncers, dancers,DJ's and even the club owners were apart of my connections there. After 3 months of becoming a regular clients at SS Club, people start to called me the Malaysian version of " Fat Joe".My moves was so cool, almost during my every visits there,i were invited to the podium to have my own 3 minutes of fame.I was a pretty much a crowd-favourite's.Chicks were going nuts about sharing the podiums and tables with me.....

To Be Continued......
